Version 1.01
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the licensee) and Studio Muhittin Güneş. By purchasing and downloading the font software, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the fonts.
2. Licensing Model
Licensing is based on the size of your company or organization—specifically the number of employees. You are responsible for selecting the correct tier at the time of purchase. If your team expands significantly, you must upgrade your license accordingly.
2a. License Duration
All licenses are perpetual and do not expire. However, you may be required to upgrade your license if your use exceeds the original scope—such as increased website traffic, new domains, or additional distribution platforms.
2b. Upgrades
All licensed users will receive free updates to the font files as long as the license remains valid.
2c. Font Updates
You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile. Please contact us for modifications or additional glyphs on existing retail typefaces.
3. License Types
Studio Muhittin Güneş offers six types of licenses tailored to specific usage scenarios:
3a. Desktop License
The Desktop License allows font installation on one or more workstations. Fonts are provided in .otf format, designed for static text in print and digital media. They can be used for books, branding, signage, packaging, merchandise, and other graphic applications. However, they cannot be used on websites or converted into web fonts.
3b. Web License
The Web License allows the use of webfonts for online platforms, including websites, digital ads, and email newsletters. Fonts are provided in .woff2 format and can be self-hosted on a registered domain and its subdomains.
The license is not limited by page views and includes one additional domain for development. Webfonts must be embedded using @font-face, and the original font names must be retained in the CSS file.
3c. App License
The App License covers the use of fonts within mobile or desktop applications. This includes native, hybrid, or web apps, where the fonts are embedded for use in the app's interface and content. A separate license must be requested for each app.
3d. Broadcasting License
The Broadcasting License allows the use of fonts in television or radio broadcasts, including on-screen graphics, commercials, and promotional content. This license covers both live and pre-recorded broadcasts across various media platforms.
3f. Logo/Wordmark License
The Logo/Wordmark License permits the use of fonts to create logos and wordmarks. This license is specifically for the design of brand identities, and it ensures the use of the font for distinctive and trademarked logo creation.
4. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the font software in accordance with your selected license type. The font remains the intellectual property of Studio Muhittin Güneş.
5. Permitted Usage
You may:
Use the font in personal and commercial projects. Convert text into static outlines or vector paths. Embed webfonts (WOFF) for websites as allowed by the license. Create printed materials and branding assets. Use fonts in videos and animations (as per license type). Use fonts to design logos, wordmarks, and trademarks (if licensed).
6. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer the font files. Add, remove, or rename glyphs. Share, sublicense, or resell the font files. Upload the font to online font generators or platforms. Provide font files to third-party vendors without a valid license. Use the font in products where the characters themselves are the product (e.g., alphabet-based art prints or merch).
7. Client Projects
If purchasing on behalf of a client, the license must be assigned to the client by informing Studio Muhittin Güneş. You may not retain rights to the font unless you're part of the client's internal team.
8. Third-Party Services
Vendors (e.g., printers, motion designers, developers) must have their own license unless they’re working under your direct supervision and do not retain the font after project delivery.
9. Embedded Use & Custom Licensing
You may embed fonts in static, non-editable PDF documents for viewing and printing purposes only, as long as the use aligns with your license type. Embedding fonts in interactive, editable, or redistributable documents requires an App License or a custom agreement.
10. Support & Refunds
We provide technical support for 30 days after purchase.
Refunds are only granted in case of unresolved technical issues within 14 days. No refunds for subjective issues (e.g., style preference) once the font is downloaded.
11. Intellectual Property
The font software is protected by international copyright law. All rights, including design and code, remain with Studio Muhittin Güneş. Purchasing a license gives you usage rights, not ownership.
12. Termination
Failure to comply with this agreement will result in license termination. Upon termination, you must delete all font files and cease all usage. Legal action may be taken for intentional violations.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

1. Trials
This license grants limited rights to use Trial versions of the fonts (“Trial Fonts”) strictly for testing and demonstration purposes. These fonts are intended to help you assess their suitability before making a purchase and are provided in OpenType (.otf) format. Trial Fonts are labeled accordingly in their file names and internal metadata.
You may use the Trial Fonts only for internal tasks such as draft designs, mockups, or presentation materials. Any public or commercial use—including client work, published designs, or websites—is not permitted without a full commercial license.
The license is valid for use by a single individual. Installation on multiple devices is allowed as long as the fonts remain accessible only to the licensed user. Sharing the fonts with others is prohibited.
Use in non-commercial, self-initiated work (e.g., personal or student projects) is allowed, provided the work is not commissioned or intended for any client or organization. You may publish such work on platforms like social media if both the typeface name and the foundry are clearly credited.
3e. Social Media License
The Social Media License grants the right to use fonts for posts, ads, and content created for social media platforms. This includes the use of fonts in images, videos, and graphics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.
